Pisau cukur is a comedy. Loosely the terminology in Bahasa Malaysia carries the meaning of a gold digger. In the language context, ‘pisau cukur’ is used to describe a beautiful woman who befriended rich man – and when the relationship is soured/ over, the woman is called ‘Pisau Cukur’. It is not the rich man is not Gatal.
In the film, these 2 lovely talents; Maya Karin and Nur Fazura boarded a cruise ship. Naturally, there were a lot of rich men – eligible and pretending to be eligible aboard the ship as well. Here, the film explores both angles; the girls whose natural tendencies are to find men with good statute and the men whose natural tendencies are to find girls with good looks and physics. So, who is looking for whom?
