prosecutes the accused, played by Jesse Metcalfe. The drama here is that the accused defence was not a just plain "i am innocent" or "i do not the victim" but he said, in my words 'i frame this thing to investigate the district attorney'. The accused is an investigative reporter who has been suspecting that the district attorney have been falsifying evidence to get convictions. You see, in the US's system, many district attorneys get to be Governors so the reporter says the District Attorney's motive was to score points for his governorship.
Michael Douglas needs no introduction. He started acting in 1972, when this writer was learning to walk. Amongst his early key films was “Wall Street” (1987). Then he did “Fatal Attraction (1987), “The War of the Roses” (1989) and “Black Rain” (1989). He also did “Basic Instinct” (1992) but the popularity of film was more due to Sharon Stone, rather than Michael Douglas.
Jesse Metcalfe is relative new. If we think we may have seen him before than probably in “Desperate Housewives” and “Smallville”. Jesse plays the Investigative reporter in this film.
Actress Amber Tamblyn completes the film. She is relatively new but she has appreared in many tv series and films. Other than acting, Amber is a celebrated poet.
